They give up on you. I still have ankel issues and looked up youtube videos where the small bones need to be shaved down so they stop rubbing. One American Japanese dr doesn't listen and cut my other bad nail on the sides instead of a complete removal like my other toe. I thought I payed up front and didn't have issues the first couple of visits. They never emailed me that I owed money and relied on just the old home address. Great people who actually care!
Received an injection for my hip in June. Upon my follow up visit, I told the Dr. It seemed to have helped a lot. He then said we'll schedule you for a 2nd one. Since Sutter has taken over, I still to this day haven't received a 2nd injection. Sutter said he wasn't allowed to do it anymore in the office. The surgery center can't do it because of the cost of ordering the medication, since only like 2 people are getting this particular injection. Tried Dameron. They can't figure out how to bill it!!! I took my grandmother to see her doctor. While everything started off well and the staff was wonderful, the experience changed dramatically once we were seen by the doctor. His tone of voice and overall demeanor came across as passive-aggressive and unnecessarily harsh. I was genuinely surprised, as I’ve never encountered a doctor who appeared so lacking in empathy. Great team, I've received a couple of epidurals for my sciatica and herniated disc in my back, it helps with the pain. I received a letter in the mail on Friday June 28th 2025 that says you guys will now be a Sutter Health facility. A darn shame as I've enjoyed my patient doctor business relationship here, and also I'm a medicare and hpsj patient and Sutter Health does not accept these insurances.
