These guys are awesome. I stopped in because I needed my battery cables tightened. ( My husband told me he thought they were loose for some reason and to have them tightened) Tre had one of the mechanics look at the cables and determined grease as the culprit preventing contact to be made. Anyways, within 5 minutes, my problem was solved and I didn’t need to worry about my car not starting! Priceless.....on top of that, they would not accept any money; not even for a burger! Huge rave for Alpine motors! By far the best customer service I have EVER received! Bought a vehicle from them in August and it was a pleasure, got my first oil change on the house. Took it in for the oil change today and they were nothing but knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention fast and super understanding of my running late. Not to mention the tires on the vehicle that it came with when bought were wrong for the rig and put my awd in jeopardy so they bought me a new set!!
