Always has what I need and there great to work with
Horribly unprofessional company. Apparently they rent out cabins but I wouldn’t suggest trying to contact them about it. Was told yesterday to call back specifically to talk to “George” about setting up a time to check it out to rent it. When I called today and introduced myself he immediately hung up on me. $206 and 3 weeks later I got one to two welds fixed. I feel sick after getting that bill and I still have a broken sled ramp. I spoke to the welder about completely fixing the ramp at the pick up and he blamed the office. There's definitely some communication issues with the business they need to work on to be successful. As a customer they blew me off and charged an outrageous price for a 5 minute lazy fix
Alpine Metals is the best. I'd rather repair than replace, and they are able to fix just about anything that's made of metal! Recently I was in a time crunch to get a small project done and George made it happen for me within a specific time frame; I know that's not easy with all the projects they have going. Plus, he was super delightful to work with. Ron did the actual job and was very professional. I could not be happier with this place - they are just awesome! Great customer service and highly competent.
Alpine Metals is the best metal fabrication shop in Lake Tahoe! They are patient, knowledge, diligent and fair! I worked with Jason and he was adamant about getting the job done. He went out of his way and took the time to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. If I could give 10 stars I would! The whole crew is amazing and we are lucky to have such a dedicated staff who think outside the box! Thanks Jason and Alpine Metals, I'll be recommending you for sure.
