I am a physician who was surprised to find needed CPAP, as I had none of the usual symptoms. My prescription was sent to Alpine Medical, and the have been wonderful from the git go. They keep up with insurance and what supplies can be replaced when. I recently had a failure of my CPAP machine (my fault, and accident). I have to double down on the review from the lady saying these ladies need to learn how to treat people with kindness. I don't know if it's just the CPAP BiPAP ladies, because people that are not using that program seem to be thrilled with them. Thrilled is not a word I would use about my experience. I wasn't shown how to use the machine effectively at all. I then get a call saying that my score isn't high enough and if I don't get my scores higher though I have to take back the machine. ? WHAT ?
