If I could give negative stars I would, While staying at one of this companies properties I found bed bugs and instantly called the support line! I was answered by someone who told me I was wrong! No sorry, No apologies if it wasnt even a bed bug for there being bugs in the bed were your children may sleep, nothing just that I was wrong and it wasnt possible, because its too cold for a bed bug to live in ******** they said!
