I've lived in these apartments for almost 6 years and the current owners don't maintain anything, and charge fees for every thing they can. they charge you for hot water on top of your own gas bill for your apartments gas, the landscaping is never maintained, they charge $40 for a key to the laundry room. all the apartments are infested with cockroaches and they don't exterminate them. i would recommend not renting from there apartments at all.
