I live in the apt building. It's crazy they have hired new managers who are trying to change rules and no one is one the same page. They are nit picking with good tenants who have been there for years. I know it's a matter of time before they start to pick with us. this is the worst apartment i have ever had the pleasure of living in. these people are slumlords. they will never fix anything, the mangers will literally tell you to "fix it yourself" i am currently facing a lawsuit for not paying rent which is a LIE!!! i have never missed a payment, even send my rent in two weeks ahead of time. and somehow it is still late and the sad thing is i live only 6 blocks from the head office. they will fill out your lease wrong and blame you for it. they will try to scam you for extra fees all t... read more
