There is a reason why they don't have any good reviews. I've toughed it out here for almost 5yrs dealing with issue after issue. Starting from faucets that never stop leaking, to paper thin walls that you hear people having sex through. I had so many noise complaints against the same neighbor that things didnt stop until I called the police! My car has been broken into yearly. Old run down plumbing is god awful bees are terrible the bats are the worst and some constantly drunk ass nosey asshole neighbors in 510-9 area lol
