RecommendedThe office staff are always so pleasant and willing to help. If maintenance is needed they are always quick to make sure you are taken care of. The ground and pool are awesome. Highly recommend.
Don't fall for the easy in low deposit...when your lease is up and you move out they charge excessive amounts for cleaning and painting, no matter how clean you leave it, we left it cleaner than when we moved In. So after the $200 non-refundable they saw fit to tack on a additional $498 for cleaning and painting, again which they do between every renter. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE UNSCRUPULOUS INDIVIDUALS!!!! This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is dishonest at best. Spencer has no idea what is going on. They lost my move in paper that had everything that was broken or in poor shape. They claim that they never received it and assumed everything was perfect upon my move in. At the final walk through Natasha said the apartment looked amazing. But magically now we owe money. Please do yourself a favor and never move here and if you are here move out now!! Steve does an awesome job keeping the grounds clean and always had a smile!
Management does not listen to renters!!!! They allow sprinklers to run and damage vehicles!!!!
I love living here the neighbors are friendly the office staff is awesome if you have a problem in your apartment there right on it and call to see if the problem is fixed the grounds are clean and it's safe
