Been a resident living here for almost 3 years now in a single bedroom apartment. Administration is fantastic to deal with and is always helpful, neighbors (at least in my building) are quiet and hard to notice, and the whole property is very well maintained. Love the lake feature, it adds a bit of charm to city life. Maintenance team is top notch, always able to answer within a couple hours or within the day at most for orders.
