I want to start off by stating that the maintenance are always fantastic. This morning I was cleaning off my car and I have a bit of a hard time with it as my hands cramp from cold weather. A maintenance man who was clearing the snow by my building helped me with the second half, offerd to help and was happy to help me. I was so greatful for the help this morning and so happy with the services they provide us. I wish I got the nice man's name!
Recently moved in, Chris and Mary were very helpful through the entirety of my move in process. Had an early maintenance request and they swiftly came by to address the problem. The area is peaceful and a great introduction to the city of Jackson.
Management is friendly, attentive and organized. Maintenance is efficient and fast. The complex is clean and well maintained. Snow removal is done promptly and meticulously. The location rocks. Competitive rent. Good tenants.
