Been living at Alpine Lake for almost 2 years now and I must say management is pretty responsive and quick in terms of fixing issues in your apartment and other maintenance stuff. The maintenance team is the real rockstar of this management. We are very happy to be living here so far.

Alpine Lake Apartments has an amazing maintenance crew! I've lived here for about a year now and luckly I haven't needed much work done. But the few times I have, the guys have been a great help and super kind. More recently, the heat and the power in my apartment suddenly stopped working. It's winter, so the indoor temperature started to drop quickly. It was about 8:30/9pm when I called emergency maintenance, and Fred waisted no time when he came to fix the problem.
