Very poor communication
So Jack came in during the middle of what my roofer thought was gonna be just a normal roof replacement, but when the roofer got in and pulled off some of the decking, we noticed that we had some catastrophic structural failures on my 100 year-old house and even though Jack typically doesn’t work in the city of St. Louis, he came down and took a look at it and saw how distressed I was and said don’t worry about it We’ll take care of it and then he came in and took off my entire roof all the way down to the brick and rebuilt ... read more
