I went into the Provo Utah store and ordered bipap masks for my wife and myself. They never came. I called and waited on hold for several minutes and was finally told I had to leave a message. Over the last several weeks I have left 6 messages asking for the status of my order. They just won't call me back. I don't know why anyone would do business with these folks.
