I currently live at Alpine Heights This is a great place to live. The area is quiet even though it is almost directly behind the Hershey Medical Center. There are woods behind my apartment where I frequently see deer. The management (Robyn & Woody) is responsive and always go above and beyond.

Present Tenant The maintenance team at Alpine Heights is such a great team! They work to ensure that the tenant’s issues are taken care of.
Nice property, mediocre management Pros: The surroundings are beautiful (you're basically in the woods on a mini-mountain), and the apartments are reasonably priced. It's also right near the medical center. Cons: Soon after we moved in (2016), a new management company took over, and things took a turn downhill. It started when they cut down the beautiful tree right outside of our window, with no notice - there may have been reason, but none was given.
