Great service! I called Gary out of the blue and explained my issue. Gary sent up Jimmy and Trevor and together were able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and knew my American Standard equipment inside and out. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
After CM Heating attempted to charge me over $11,000.00, I said No Way. So they charged me $8,000.00, the furnace was LOUD, turned out to be small inducer outlet fan. Woke me at night, sounded like a large sump pump! CM swapped out the fan with same part, so it was just as LOUD. I asked them to pull the furnace! Then I called Gary at Alpine and it was wonderful!! Called for service maintenance. They came out and looked. Told us they needed to order some parts and ghosted us.
I would thank Gary for great customer service. Calle earl on a Saturday morning a received a call right back. Listened to what issue I was having. Even though they were closed helped me with some trouble shooting and was able to get my furnace temporarily fixed until the parts could be acquired.
