Truly exceptional service! From diagnostic, to cost, installation, performance and customer service, these guys blew me away.
Slightly regrettably, I bought a fantastic unit from Alpine Heating & Air shortly before deciding to move. So I didn’t get to appreciate the unit for very long. But, I will 100% call Alpine when my new-to-me-house needs AC work. 5 stars. 100% call Alpine if you are having a bid/assessment by Rad*** or another HVAC company that somehow draws the conclusion that your entire system needs to be replaced because one component is broken. Alpine is an HVAC company that clearly operates with integrity - giving homeowners the advice they'd give their own family members. Highly recommend. True testament is when they setup a brand new unit in the Summer and cooling was all good but in the winter the furnace was having issues staying on. They made 3 trips to make sure it was fixed and done right. They do not give up on their customers and are super prompt. I will use them for all my HVAC needs till I am in Austin area.
