I got a two ton unit and although it heats and cool great, the unit came without a display in the unit, bait and switch. Then the thermister tha measures the room temperature is junk, it's responce to measure temerature take several minutes. With zero chance of returning the unit and going with another brand spent another hundred plus bucks for thier wired wall thermoastat. We had a ductless unit go out recently and it wasn't producing cold air. Alpine worked with us even though originally they weren't the original installing company to help us get this fixed. Even at one point when struggling to diagnose the issue they ended up holding off on the billing to help us due to the cost rising over what we had originally budgeted for. Overall they did a great job fixing our complicated issue and shout out Tim our Technician who was outstanding and super friendly.
