We had a ductless unit go out recently and it wasn't producing cold air. Alpine worked with us even though originally they weren't the original installing company to help us get this fixed. Even at one point when struggling to diagnose the issue they ended up holding off on the billing to help us due to the cost rising over what we had originally budgeted for. Overall they did a great job fixing our complicated issue and shout out Tim our Technician who was outstanding and super friendly.
