Everytime I need lab work the lab never receives my order. I waste my time going only having to reschedule after I call the office.
I went to them with leg pain and they ordered an STD and drug test (?). I went in about tinnitus and they scheduled a physical three months out. Nothing regarding my problem. Zero stars.
This place is a joke. They don't have real doctors. One nurse practitioner, and she's not that good, friendly, or professional. They are only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So when they sent me to get bloodwork for two kids but didn't forward the orders, no one was available on the phone. Then i drove down there to find out they share the suite with another agency, and alpine health is only Tuesday and Thursday. This place is an absolute joke.
