This rip off dealership, invaded my privacy by sending a false text to me on 4-21-2023. I asked them to stop and not text again, even stating, “do not reply to this text” and what happened? They replied to the text. I am so sick of the abuse of cell phone scamming and these dumb asses can’t even follow one request. Don’t text me again. I am not a customer of there’s and now absolutely will never be! Stay clear!
Buyers Beware. I bought a 2022 vehicle early in February. Agreed on a price for the vehicle and agreed on a payoff of my old vehicle. Went to financing and filled out the paperwork and left with my new car. I was told my new vehicle had satellite radio and later found out it did not. 1. Purchased a 2018 Expedition from this dealership around November 7th. They were all super helpful and very nice up until I had purchased a vehicle and left the lot. On my way home to Wyoming (from purchasing) the transmission started throwing codes and refusing to shift. Needed a brand-new transmission and it only had 34k miles.
