Linda is so rude. There's a video of her tearing into a patient on YouTube and I'm embarrassed for her. Absolutely unprofessional on her part. I'd recommend going elsewhere unless you want to be demeaned in front of other patients and then still have to pay these crooks.
A video I've seen about this very practice was APPALLING. Never have I seen such unprofessional attire, actions and treatment of patients. Linda, who I found out is the doctors wife, has no business running or contributing to front office of this practice. Her people skills leave SO MUCH to be desired.
As a professional, I was absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at this office; If I could give Andrew Swanson and his staff zero stars, I would. Not only are not they not HIPPA compliant by SCREAMING your health information across then entire building, or by leaving your door open during nearly your entire visit (sorry for the elderly lady next to me who I now know suffers from XXXX), but they also are extremely rude and crooks in my book (Beware of Linda the most).
