Dr. Shouldice was compassionate and professional. He explained my eye condition in simple, easy to understand terminology and put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain a proposed course of treatment. I left the office feeling confident with this provider. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shouldice to anyone needing vision services. June at the front desk was also helpful and kind. Her welcoming smile was reassuring.

Staff very unprofessional. I had appointment and staff was talking about how much they had drank the night before. All of the waiting room and patient rooms could hear them. Very unprofessional. No one has respect for themselves anymore much less anyone else.
