I am deeply dissatisfied with this company. I personally contributed to planning and funding of this trip for my children and grandchildren and I was recently informed about the news in a manner that was unsatisfactory.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I never like leaving bad reviews and usually never don’t…but this time is A MUST. This company pretty much got over on us for our money. There was a really bad snow storm and we tried our best to make it however the city officials shut the highways downs and didn’t allow us to get into the state of Colorado (that’s how bad it was) we spent nearly 3 grand. We called and called and they finally picked up to tell us “sorry we can’t do anything about it” I wasn’t looking for a refund …but maybe a reschedule... read more
