This place is amazing. I have two doctors here, Dr. Bega and Dr. Quinn. They are both at the top of their field. Dr. Bega is my audiologist. She could not be any more knowledgeable and thorough. She is so caring and kind. She takes extra time to make sure everything is working to make my hearing it’s best. She continues to amaze me. Should have listened to the negative reviews. I had documented sinus infections, I was challenged on my proof and when I showed them an MRI with notes confirming my status. I was then recommended invasive surgery that would “alter my facial features”. I asked for a quote on such a procedure but was not given one. I feel like I wasted my time.

The doctor was very nice. Struggling with their contracted admin service. Multiple times when I’ve called into their office a third party company with language barrier answers from another country. Twice they transferred me to the local office and I was disconnected. I’ve been waiting almost 4 weeks for a call to set up a CT scan. No one has called me back.
