This is from the Husband, John. Ms. Bega was fabulous and once I got there things went smooth. After that trying to deal with their phone system which sends you to the Philippine's or disconnects you if you want any other options totally sucks. Today I tried 4 other phone options, three disconnected me and the 4th sent me to the Philippine's to set up an appointment a couple of weeks out. Recently done a septoplasty and I regret it. The surgeon was not transparent with the possible results and ever since the surgery I’ve had a plastic rigid nose. I’m unable to play any contact sports my life has been ruined
I was very please with the exam process and the attention provided me. You will not be disappointed.
The office administrators and my audiologist’s treat me like family. I’m so grateful to hear again after decades as a music performer and working in environments where I was dumb enough not to wear hearing protection.
