Should have listened to the negative reviews. I had documented sinus infections, I was challenged on my proof and when I showed them an MRI with notes confirming my status. I was then recommended invasive surgery that would “alter my facial features”. I asked for a quote on such a procedure but was not given one. I feel like I wasted my time.

The doctor was very nice. Struggling with their contracted admin service. Multiple times when I’ve called into their office a third party company with language barrier answers from another country. Twice they transferred me to the local office and I was disconnected. I’ve been waiting almost 4 weeks for a call to set up a CT scan. No one has called me back.
