Great doctors and a very caring staff. I’m thrilled with the results of my surgery, but not thrilled with the billing department that charged me an extra $40 during a surgical follow up visit, that should have been no charge according to my insurance company, but I made the mistake of asking about a dark spot on my lower lip and got charged for an office visit. Sadly, I’ll be finding a new ENT the next time I need anything.

Business response:

Thank you, Randy, for sharing your experience with Alpine ENT. We would be happy to look into the billing issue with you further if you'd like to contact our offices at (970) 221-1177.

Dr.Hyde was fantastic. However the rest of the staff at Alpine not so much. less than a week before surgery I had been give 0 info on what to do the prepare, how much time to take off work, or anything. i called in to ask questions. at the time i also told them not to put me on Vicodin, as it is not effective. Well the day of surgery my parents had to pick my meds up after. and after a day of the pain meds wearing off after about 2 hours i googled it. they gave me hydrocodone, the generic of vicodin. called in to their emerg... read more

I'm so impressed with this practice and Dr. Hyde in particular. He did everything he could to keep from having to do sinus surgery on me and he succeeded! He answered all my questions and concerns and was very personable. I will definitely recommend Alpine Ear, Nose and ,Tnroat.

Dr Eriksen is excellent. He has treated me for over 10 years now and I would recommend him highly. Wish he were not retiring but hope he enjoys his well earned time off. Thanks for excellent patient care! Your front office staff in FC are friendly, compassionate and pleasant. Andrea, the PA is also excellent!

I have been seen in the Loveland office. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The waiting area is comfortable. The place is very clean and looks organized. I was first referred to Alpine ENT by Tricare, then a couple years later when I was eligible for Medicare, I wanted to stay with them. I see Dr. Hyde. He’s very nice, patient, & thorough. I’ve been seen for ear and nose issues, & have been happy with treatment. During my last visit, I also had a hearing test. I recommend Alpine ENT.

Business response:

Thank you so much for this kind recommendation, Alice Marks! We're so glad you had a great experience at all parts of our office. We hope to see you again soon (but not too soon, haha)!
