If I could give her -10 stars I would. Terrible person and terrible manager. Don’t work here if she’s there. As a office manager to patients, I’ve never seen someone so cold hearted and mean. I understand having to have tough skin to do what she does but she takes it to a whole new level and is completely demeaning and unprofessional to patients. I’ve seen it personally. Apparently if you had a bill that was sentto collections, even if you ended up getting it paid in full, they will not ever schedule you with their office. I find this absolutely ridiculous! Everyone falls on hard times. Sometimes people can't pay a bill in a decent amount of time. Because of this they refuse to see an individual and this is the reasoning of my review score!
