The location was very convenient for me, just a 4-minute drive and they take their time with the cleaning. However, the seats in the exam room are a bit old; they should upgrade their equipment. I had two unpleasant experiences: first, when my sealant from the endodontics fell off after a root canal. I couldn’t get an emergency appointment with any dentist because Dr. Lipps was going on vacation. Dr. Narmeen Minhas is the best dentist I have seen. I tried several dentists before, and they all did damages to my teeth. Dr Minhas fixed all the issues that other dentists did. I highly recommend her.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at Alpine Dental in the Gaithersburg office. I scheduled an urgent appointment to address a broken tooth and received confirmation of the time. However, when I arrived, I was told the appointment was earlier I showed the confirmed voicemail confirming the time but they refused to take me in.
