They are excellent at getting you in and working with you. They care more about patients than money as they work with you in ways most offices will not. I recommend them to everyone that asks me where to go.
I am a military vet and I was sent here for an outsource dental exam and dental work. I read the reviews while being getting the appointment set and what I went through matches what I went through. At the first appointment, the Dr. never introduced himself and never explained to me what was going on with my mouth in regards to what needed to be done. The woman at the desk did not want my Service dog in the waiting room, I am 100% disabled and my Service dog is needed for me to function in life. He is 100% certified. I did not ask for him to be allowed in the dental area, just in the waiting area with my wife. He had all of his certifiiates on him as well as I had them on myself. Because of this I will never go back and I would NEVER recommend this office or dentist to anyone. Very, Very rude service. I have been going to Dr Keim for almost 20 yrs. He is a very good dentist. Always! Explains any and all procedures, costs ect. Had an implant done and it has lasted a long time. I can't say anything bad about Dr Keim. Highly recommend
