I had a cabin built in Fairplay Colorado. It’s absolutely beautiful exceptional work I came in almost $75,000 under budget by picking and choosing what I needed. Chris was really great to work with. I highly recommend this company
Chris was great ! Used him to help contract the shell of my cabin so that I could do the final interior finishes , exterior items ,siding , windows and doors myself . Awesome experience! would use him again.

Terrible experience. We were told they could build in the summer of 2022. They hadn’t even started in 2023 so we cancelled the contract. We were threatened with a lien on the property if we didn’t pay what they demanded, including a $2900 heater for the house which hadn’t even been started. Also, if you are a female, prepare to be dismissed by the owner.
