When I went, I paid co-pay $20, few weeks after, I got a billing statement, asked me to pay $15 more, so I paid it off the next time when I went visit. I got another billing statement said I owed$10, even I already paid my $20 co-pay. I was confused about co-pay, so called in the office in American Fork, talked to the finance lady.
