Aaron sounded like a nice enough guy. He scheduled me for an 830 am appointment with a courtesy call before hand. I work a swing shift, and I made it known that timing was important. No call at 8 am, no show at 830...no call at 845. I called him, received no answer, but got a text saying he would on his way in a 30 minutes. After 1020 am (2 hours late) I got a call from him telling me he hadn't left yet. No thank you Aaron, the unprofessionalism is just to much. On time, great finished product and nice and clean, he took his time and gave me a great deal on a 2,000 square foot house. Highly recommend you let Aaron clean your carpets 🤘
