I placed an order online and had to communicate something via email due to my lack of planning and they responded so quickly and were incredibly helpful! So happy my coworker referred me to this place. Beyond excited to try the steaks!
Only place I know that has Authentic Japanese Wagyu.
came in for bone/Bone marrow and also got some 85% lean burger and we ended up smoking the bone marrow to put inside the burger. everything came out great and everybody who we talked to was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question that we had. they even cut the bones in half for us to make it easier to smoke them!
