Only place I know that has Authentic Japanese Wagyu.
came in for bone/Bone marrow and also got some 85% lean burger and we ended up smoking the bone marrow to put inside the burger. everything came out great and everybody who we talked to was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question that we had. they even cut the bones in half for us to make it easier to smoke them!
the prime steak tips for good. they shipped it here to Florida and they were still Frozen when they got here
Ordered the prime rib and it was great!
