The sales team plays more games than any other dealership. They won't discuss numbers until you are in the building, but they promise to make your trip in "worthwhile". Once you are in the door they do crooked math. The cost of the vehicle went UP as soon as we discussed a down payment amount. We walked out and had a much better experience and purchased an identical vehicle at a fair and reasonable price from a competitor in Golden.
This dealership is top notch. if you are looking to buy a car I really recommend Mishael. he is a great sales person and really takes the time to find you what you need and want. also Sergio is great. I don't know how they do it, but these 2 are the A team. they went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a Buick Envision. I would give them 10 stars. check them out and ask for Misheal in sales. Definitely going to buy my next car from here. they are patient and kind people. Thank you
I’m sad about my experience with alpine. My family bought me a car just about a month ago, in cash. A 2023 Toyota, not cheap. I just had a baby and needed something safer. The day I drove it away it said my key battery was dying. Two days after I drove it away, the seat base popped off, the whole front and side of the drivers seat- where all the controls are.
