These guys rock. Had an issue with a bike while out riding, called them (on a sunday) and they had me bring it right down, got us fixed up and back on the trails. Everybody was friendly and honest, will 100% be back with my next issue. Thanks guys!! Plus, have a bunch of nice stuff on hand upstairs in the retail store to poke around while they fixed the bike.
Purchased a Viribus Trike an online retailer and had trouble with the chain & brake line assembly. I saw that Alpine was listed on Viribus site as a dealer, so I called them to see if they would be willing to finish the trike assembly for me. I dropped it off on a Monday and they had it in less than 2 days! Price was very fair around $100 and definitely worth it to not go through the hassle. I use Alpine to keep both of my bikes in tip top operating condition. They routinely go the extra mile and I appreciate there craftsmanship in maintaining my bikes. If you need service and you want it done right, give my friends at Alpine a try.
My wife and I brought our bikes in last year for a tune-up and this year for a minor issue. Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. I definitely would recommend!
