Recently I used Alpine Bike Works for service and repairs on my 25 year old comfort road bike for the third time. Each time, the repair staff were knowledgeable, polite and quick! I am so grateful we have Alpine Bike Works in Keene. My bike has never run so well or been so enjoyable to ride. Thank you!
I don’t know what the Monadnock bike community would do without them. Customer service is always fantastic, honest, fast, and friendly. Their mechanics do great work, and the staff go above and beyond by volunteering on rides with local youth teams and helping build trails. Highly recommend.
My young teen son saved for a year to buy a gravel bike and after months of online searching he found a great deal on a bike at Alpine Bike Works. The staff was amazing, simultaneously fielding questions from both me and my son and the process of buying the bike was a perfect example of outstanding service. I was nervous about letting my son make such a big purchase online from a small shop — I am happy to report that Alpine Bike Works smashed my expectations in the best way.
As a recent customer of Alpine Bike Works, my experience was exceptional. They have a great selection of eBikes (Giant, Velotric, Momentum), mountain bikes, gravel bikes, as well as women specific and childrens' models. Plus, all the accessories you could ever need. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and their service is excellent. I bought a Giant eBike and it was a joy to do business with Alpine Bike Works. I highly recommend them.
