I ordered a used bike they had for sale on Pinkbikes. They quickly shipped it and when there was a snag in the delivery they fixed it. The bike was in great shape and made it easy for my local bike shop to assemble and fit for me. Next time I'm up their way I'm stopping in to say hi in person

Had a problem for over a year with my rear cassette. Before I told Tony what the issue was he looked at the bike and said you have a road bike cassette on your bike. It's amazing how much better it rides ! Thanks!

Always so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Appreciate the help with gear and with the recent ladies clinic, so stoked on the new women I met through it. Thanks!

Not only is Tony a wealth of knowledge and a great salesperson, he also goes above and beyond because he genuinely cares about the cycling community. This'll be obvious the first time you meet him. ABW will quickly be amongst the best shops in Vermont.
