Run as fast as you can from this place!!! The owner Bradley Midgett only cares about your money. After visiting here I realized that there are honest people who want to help others and then there are people who just want to take advantage of somebody and get their money. I do recommend that you come here if you want to be treated like street trash. If you seek solutions for issues in your life then I would go anyplace besides here. I mistakenly called Alpine Behavioral Health instead of Alpine Integrative Wellness. I would *never* work with Alpine Behavioral Health after the rudeness I found in speaking with the receptionist there. I asked a simple and genuine question, was very rudely interrupted, and I would never go to a clinic that had someone who treated people with such blatant unkindness.

Had a great appointment with Elisa Salazar but had multiple problems with “Gary”, the person in the front desk. Since the first talk in the phone he was pretty aggressive and insistent on bringing my insurance card or cash. Of course I would. When I got to my appointment at check in he couldn’t stop asking if my insurance was active and the cost of appointment without insurance.
