My wife & I were traveling from the East Coast. In preparation for driving up Pikes Peak, I made an appt with Nathan to have my car checked over & to replace the brakes if needed. When I arrived for my appt, I was advised by Nathan's son, Donovan, that he was on a fire call & he was the only one there. Donovan checked our car & determined the brakes would make it to Pikes Peak but would need to be replaced in about 3K miles. Donovan juggled their workload & installed new brake pads.
