We ordered our annexe through Adam, Alpine Annexes. As our caravan is in storage, Sam & Adam made a special trip to measure our van for size requirements. All went well and we picked up our new annexe from Ringwood. When we arrived in Merimbula/Pambula NSW caravan was on site and then assembled annexe. Back wall went on perfect, however side wall had a couple of problems and could not be fitted properly. Our decision to buy our first annexe with Alpine was based on a few factors. We wanted a quality Australian made product with excellent customer support. Darren made the process streamlined & after reading the reviews felt as though we had made a great choice. Our decision was vindicated after discovering an issue on our first trip & we reluctantly called the emergency number as the office was closed over the Xmas break. We purchased a custom set of bed ends for our camper and decided to make the journey interstate to have them supplied and fitted as the quality from Alpine looked amazing and much better visually than others we have seen. Prior to travelling Sam shared samples of the fabric and made sure we were happy. Unfortunately there was a problem with the fitting and a mistake made.
