Alpine has been a nightmare. They broke my parents’ AC and they had to hire another company to fix it at great cost. Not knowing that, we hired them to fix air ducts. They did not finish the job and also did damage that we had to hire another company to fix. Worse, they not only refused to come back and fix damages (they accidentally sealed off our oven down vent, among other issues) but the owner, Tom, tried to intimidate us into paying a bill that was way out of whack w their quote.
