Absolutely fantastic company to work with. Sondra was incredibly pleasant to speak to, had AJ out in RECORD time, and it was all an incredibly reasonable price! I can't recommend them enough! To clarify: I snipped the thermostat wire that connects to my unit, and Sondra was able to diagnose it over the phone, assuring me it was probably a quick and relatively cheap fix. Absolutely wonderful service all around.
Alpine Air is the best! A.J is professional and personable! He arrived promptly & explained all that we needed to know about keeping our AC unit running efficiently. Thanks to he and Sondra for being here for us!

We first used Alpine last summer when my son came home from knee surgery and the AC was out. Critical that he not be hot with incisions and bandages and the issues of germs and healing and I called Alpine from their ratings on google. What a breath of fresh air it was to talk to a small business owner that runs their business caring about their clients.
