Chad is a nice person but took a case that was way over his skill set. Ended up costing thousands for the case to be dismissed. It is important to get the right person for the job.
I am not a client of Chad's, but I called his office with a question about my son's disability situation with Medicare and Medicaid. Chad answered the phone himself and, free of charge, offered me a recommendation that I wasn't aware of, and even referred me to another attorney who handled this sort of situation. Great experience Chad handled my disability claim with the social security office after they had turned me down. He was easy to work with. Very thorough and patient. He put a lot on hours in on my behalf. Explained the process well, answered my questions, and kept me informed as to what was happening with my case. He even assisted me in getting up to Salt Lake for my hearing. It was a pleasure to work with him.
