Horrible experience black book auction offered for my trade only had 25000 miles spotless truck. Then they wanted to add tons of dealer fees.Weel locks enscripted parts .at the end of the day.Was a 1800.00 add on then 699 dealer fees. Would not recommend

At 8am I scheduled an appt to come see a truck that same day at 6pm. I then am contacted hours later at 11am saying that the truck is no longer available because someone else called and put down a deposit on the truck. I was not informed at all or given any chance to put down a deposit myself. Alphorn Ford claims that vehicles are first come first serve and yet that is definitely not true.
