Dr Nichols and his office have been unreachable and unresponsive. Just trying to do something as simple as reschedule my child’s appointment took me leaving multiple messages over several weeks before I received a call back. I had a question about medication and also received zero response to multiple messages. Made me wonder if anyone even worked at that office? I eventually gave up and switched doctors. I was sad to do it since our actual visits with Dr Nichols were productive and he seemed knowledgeable and caring.
Excellent. Took my son several others before we found Dr Nichols. Very satisfied with his services. He’s the best. I highly recommend him.
