Closed a business in 2015 Wayne knew at the time. IRS is coming after me for a failed tax return for 2016. Apparently Wayne forgot to check the FINAL box. Called today to see if Wayne would file the necessary paperwork due to his lack of detail on my filing. His response was sure for a nominal fee. Wayne Smith has been doing our taxes for several years now. I found him through the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University. I used to do our taxes on TaxAct and thought I was doing ok.
