WOW. I am just amazed that I actually found a gym I like. Gyms are usually packed and boy was that my biggest issue. Babe turned me onto this gym and it was 100% worth it. I feel like Tinsha has pushed me past my limits and she is been nothing but a blessing. If you’re looking for gym that will push you past your limits. Look not further this is the place. I had back injured my discs were damage I was not able to walk ,run, jog but now, thanks to this Gym I am 100% heal I’m grateful to God For this incredible trainers I have been to alot of gyms all of them are about memberships and money, but Alphastetic is different is not about that. It's about family,friendship and a happy positive vibe energy I enjoy coming here every day. That's why I have a joined Alphastetic now as the new boxing coach I would like to thank Angel And Tee For this great opportunity
