I called Alpha Landscaping LLC to get an estimate for someone to help us mow our lawn. I got that and so much more! Chris came out and not only gave us an estimate but took a look at what was going on around our pool area. He offered us a solution that not only we could afford but also one we love!! We will be using Chris and his team for all our lawn and gardening needs. The crew he sent to do the work were also amazing! Personal, friendly, and went above and beyond what we expected.
The company make an appointment and never came. They didn’t even have the decency to telephone. I want to rescind the one star rating I posted and change it to a 4 star rating. The owner notified me about an error that was made and offered to remedy my problem.
Rated -0, called for an estimate and on day of appointment nobody showed up and said they will be coming the following day.. a week later still no show and not responding. Poor business model.
Chris has excellent communication and his team made precsion cuts in my paver patio that turned out perfect. Highly recommend!
