Hung up in my face while I was still talking I literally asked did they do walk ins or if they had any availability for today she said no I said well even for and she hung up I was about to say even for boys hair cause my brothers only wanted like 6 scalp braids apiece

Very unprofessional and the conditions of the shop are unsafe. There is literally a hole in the bathroom floor.

my friend got my hair done from this shop & which she had short hair recently cut the back off a lil lower and so before reporting to the shop she made sure the woman would be able to grip her hair in which she insisted she could ... not even a week later , 3 back rows of her hair came out & when reaching out to the woman she asked if she could have a refund ? & the woman replied " no after you wore them for 3 days & took pictures in them no refunds " of course your gonna take pictures in your new hair style but it's bullshi... read more

I've been here several times. I've always had a pleasant experience. She even took down my micros and washed my hair and did it in box braids.
