I am so saddened that this is a medical office. Northside Hospital PLEASE DO BETTER !!!!! This place is an absolute nightmare. The front desk staff treats customers like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. Phones go unanswered, messages are ignored, and if you do manage to get through, expect to be put on hold indefinitely. I showed up on time for my appointment only to sit in the lobby for over an hour with zero updates. Dr. Holbrook is a good doctor but his back office staff absolutely sucks. The phone is never answered. They don’t return phone calls and they have a patient portal to which they don’t even check for messages. We have been waiting on an authorization form and it’s now been a week. Their only excuse is they switched systems and now have over 500 fax requests to “sift” through. Someone could die waiting on these inept employees. We will be finding a new doctor. This practice is the WORST!
Long wait, husband went in to check about high blood pressure and doctor did not even discuss with him. Saw him for 15 minutes and off to another client. Also, the office called him on his way home to tell him to come back because they forgot to do one of the blood tests for yearly check up. Not good. Sorry I recommended my husband to this doctor.
