New Location, Same Great Service🤩 I am so, so grateful for Alpharetta ENT – Mr. Garrett was a life saver and cleared a crazy ear plug I had and the next day he saw my 7 year old and helped troubleshooting his tooth grinding. The whole team from the front to the back was friendly and so kind - Thanks Shayla, Adriana, and Mr. Garrett!
Unprofessional management uncaring staff
Absolutely terrible ! I came to this facility looking for solutions for my allergy and breathing difficulties - I was met with horribly rude staff. When I went in person , the front desk lady wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. I was offered a water , to which I said yes. So she pointed at this dirty , janky coffee machine and told me to grab one from there. Not only was there no water , but the coffee machine & disposable cups were covered in mold. Not a great place to receive care very unprofessional experience with the manager and Dr. I’ll leave it at that.
A huge thank you to Dr. Mathieu Forgues. Since my sinus surgery, my quality of life has improved drastically; I’m breathing much better and feel like a new person. He is a highly skilled professional, and I am very happy with the outcome. He was also very kind, took his time to explain everything, and made sure I understood the process. I highly recommend him!
