We had Alpha Omega install a portable whole house generator years ago. Now they will not service our generator because it is a portable. They referred us to another company and when that company finally came out, they told us they do not service our type of generator even though it is a generac. I called Ariel with absolutely no response from him. One would think that prior clients would be considered for service since we spent the money at Alpha Omega.
