I always receive excellent service. At alpha med I know that I'm going to get quality care that resolves my medical issues and they answer my questions and concerns.
The PA dismissed my son’s concerns, did not follow standard protocols, and rushed him out the door. My son unfortunately received a medication that he was allergic to and returned to the clinic for help. The PA treated the allergic reaction but again dismissed my son’s concerns and refused to complete diagnostic tests when requested. I’m not impressed with their patient care. The fact that the PA was so dismissive and unwilling to listen is very concerning.
