Avoid this agent. Throughout the entire tenancy process they were consistently arrogant and unreasonable. At the end of the lease, they demanded excessive charges for very minor defects and refused to let me arrange my own repairs. When I questioned the costs, they responded with a condescending attitude, as if they had already been generous, and then threatened to take the matter to VCAT if I didn’t pay.
DO NOT USE. Threaten VCAT when they don’t get their way. This business does not uphold the tenancy agreement rules. Property was filthy when I started my rental agreement. Had to sort out the cleaning myself, as well as the removal of unwanted furniture - was suppose to be unfurnished completely. Went without a working toilet in the ensuite for 6 MONTHS.
